10-lb parcels contain individually wrapped packages each weighing approximately one pound, and 10-lb parcels of ground beef come in 4-oz patties individually wrapped in sets of four patties. All beef is fast frozen and government inspected.
Natural Aged Boxed Beef
We offer six boxes of beef cuts ranging in size from 15 to 50 lbs. For additional information, please visit the Products / Order section and click the box of interest for a description.
We also have individually packaged steaks, stew, and other cuts of beef. Soup bones, tongue, liver and heart are also available on request. Beef sausages, pepperettes and jerky are always available.
